Digital Serenity SRL offers on-demand printed products produced through a global network of trusted print partners (Gelato).
All products are made to order after your purchase is confirmed. Product descriptions, colors, and visuals are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product due to production methods, screen settings, or materials.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in EUR except if displayed otherwise.
Prices displayed at checkout include the applicable VAT for the destination country, unless indicated otherwise.
Additional charges, such as shipping fees, customs duties, or local taxes, may apply depending on your location.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase using one of the available payment methods listed at checkout.
5. Order Processing and Fulfilment
Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to production.
Production and delivery times depend on the destination and production facility availability.
Because each item is produced on demand, modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order enters production.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the nearest available production partner to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Frikshaw.com is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for customer remorse (such as size, colour, or preference changes) are not accepted.
